The Meadow (#1)

First time to paint this. Remember the more you paint the better you become. This is oil on hard canvass. 20x24. Was a challenge but fun to figure out. I used two different photos after the painting was begun. I like to use different elements together to create my own composition. This painting is for sale as is (not framed) $100.00.

My grandson, Lennon painted with me on a recent visit. This is his first oil painting. 

He learned about composition, mixing colors and proper use of brushes and palette knife. The session lasted about 11/2 hours and he listened and learned.
